If you are a follower of World Class Raw Desserts then, you know that I am into all things healthy and body conscious, especially since I am a Raw Vegan Chef. I enjoy researching and exploring healthy cafes and restaurants in South Florida. One of the best things about living in South Florida, besides our great tropical weather, is that we have a great selection of healthy, natural restaurants that serve delicious foods.
Last week, I had the pleasure of visiting an awesome new café, called Myapapaya juicery + kitchen in Broward County in the city of Ft. Lauderdale. Actually, they opened late last year, but I just came across them last week.
The Myapapaya juicery+ kitchen is located in a beautiful area in East Fort Lauderdale on Bayview Drive across from the Galleria Mall.
Mya Papaya Ft Lauderdale is an all natural cozy café that is owned by lovely couple. I think that it is beautiful that the Myapapaya name is after their adorable baby daughter. When you visit the cafe you will be enamored by the beautiful photos on the walls.
I was able to meet the owners, Michelle and Chef Adam, which are both very warm and knowledgeable people. As you walk through the doors Myapapaya juicery+ kitchen, you are greeted with such kindness and hospitality, you can’t help but want to stay awhile and explore their delicious menu items. The warm and friendly service also make you want to come back again.
When you visit Myapapaya juicery+ kitchen, you will fall in love their open-concept kitchen, which is the centerpiece of the café. This open concept allows visitors to see the super talented Chef Adam in action. You can’t help but see how well they maintain the cafe, since everything is extremely clean and fresh everything in the cafe.
Myapapaya juicery+ kitchen makes everything on their menu fresh. They stand by their motto by only using fresh organic and natural ingredients. They try to buy local as much as possible. This is really great for a natural cafe.
One thing that I did not find in Myapapaya juicery+ kitchen, was a microwave or deep fryer. Since they have an open concept, you would definitely notice, if one was in the cafe. This is another plus in the positive category for patrons seeking a natural organic cafe with a healthy and nutritious menu.
I was pleasantly surprised when I read over the extensive Myapapaya juicery+ kitchen menu. The cafe offers exotic Cold Pressed Juices – 100% Raw, Unpasteurized, Organic* juices such as Peruvian Pink, which contains pear, ginger, beet, pineapple, inca mac , smoothies, nut milk drinks, unique salads, such as Kale and Romaine, which contains organic greens, quinoa, tamari roasted almonds, parmesan, golden raisins, and lemon flax seed vinaigrette.
